Booking conditions<\/em><\/h4>\n

A 30% deposit<\/strong> is due at the time of booking<\/strong>, we ask you to send us the payment confirmation by email, upon receipt your booking is guaranteed.<\/p>\n

One month before arrival<\/strong> the remaining amount<\/strong> has to be transferred. For short-term bookings<\/strong>, the total amount<\/strong> is due immediately<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

During high season<\/strong>, arrival\/departure is only possible on Saturday<\/strong>. In low season, you are welcome to arrive\/depart on any day of the week<\/strong> except for Sundays.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Bookings of less than 7 nights<\/strong> are accepted only in low season, except over Christmas\/New Years and Easter time,<\/strong> and there will be an extra charge of 10%.<\/strong><\/p>\n

For departures other than <\/strong>the listed Check-out times<\/strong>, extra charges <\/strong>of 50\u20ac apply.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Guests agree to the following:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • The Finca may not be occupied by more people than registered.<\/li>\n
  • Should there be a change of guests during the stay or should new guests be accommodated in rooms that have not yet been booked, the owner must be informed ahead of time via email, as the necessary forms must be filled out, as well as it must be determined whether additional costs will arise!<\/li>\n
  • Guests have must take care of and respect the Finca and the inventory.<\/li>\n
  • Guests are required to immediately report any damage that occurs during their stay.<\/li>\n
  • Guests are personally liable for any damage(s) caused.<\/li>\n
  • The Finca has to be left clean upon departure, i.e. swept and wardrobe cleared, and all trash<\/strong> removed.
    <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    The Finca is not toddler-proof<\/strong>, therefore the guest is fully responsible for children under the age of six<\/strong> and is liable for any injuries.<\/strong><\/p>\n

    For damage to the Finca<\/strong> or to furnishings of the Finca<\/strong> a deposit of 500\u20ac<\/strong> will be collected, if no damage was caused, the entire deposit will be returned within 14 days. In case of damage, the deposit will be kept until the matter is resolved with the respective insurance.<\/p>\n

    For damages caused by dogs<\/strong>, both inside and outside the property, the owner of the pet is liable<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    Cancellation conditions<\/em><\/h4>\n

    In case of cancellation, after the reservation has been made<\/strong>, guests pay 30% of the full price<\/strong> (equivalent to the 30% deposit at the time of booking).<\/p>\n

    In case of cancellation within one month before arrival<\/strong>, the full price<\/strong> must be paid.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

    Please understand<\/strong> that we cannot offer a cancellation at no cost.<\/p>\n

    We recommend that our guests have travel insurance <\/strong>in case of cancellation.<\/p>\n

    In case of cancellation after the reservation has been made<\/strong>, the 30% deposit<\/strong> for the reservation is non-refundable<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    In case of a cancellation within 1 week before arrival<\/strong>, the full price<\/strong> must be paid.<\/p>\n

    Since traveling is precarious during times like these, any booking made for 2022 can be changed<\/strong> to a later date free of charge<\/strong> under the following conditions:\u00a0<\/p>\n

      \n
    • A Covid-19 illness <\/strong>of a traveling guest before departure.<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • A government-ordered travel ban<\/strong> (this does not include a travel warning)<\/li>\n
    • A flight cancellation<\/strong> without rebooking by the airline<\/li>\n
    • \u00a0A restrictive order on the freedom of movement on Mallorca<\/strong>, ordered by the Spanish government. (except night curfews)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
