Booking conditions

A 30% deposit is due at the time of booking, we ask you to send us the payment confirmation by email, upon receipt your booking is guaranteed.

One month before arrival the remaining amount has to be transferred. For short-term bookings, the total amount is due immediately.

For bookings of less than 7 nights, there will be an extra charge of 10%.

For arrivals and departures on Sunday, as well as arrivals and departures other than the listed Check-in and Check-out times, extra charges apply.

Guests agree to the following:

  • The Finca may not be occupied by more people than registered.
  • Guests have must take care of and respect the Finca and the inventory.
  • Guests are required to immediately report any damage that occurs during their stay.
  • Guests are personally liable for any damage(s) caused.
  • The Finca has to be left clean upon departure, i.e. swept and wardrobe cleared, and all trash removed.

The Finca is not toddler-proof, therefore the guest is fully responsible for children under the age of six and is liable for any injuries.

For damage to the Finca or to furnishings of the Finca a deposit of 500€ will be collected, if no damage was caused, the entire deposit will be returned within 14 days. In case of damage, the deposit will be kept until the matter is resolved with the respective insurance.

For damages caused by dogs, both inside and outside the property, the owner of the pet is liable.

Cancellation conditions

In case of cancellation, after the reservation has been made, guests pay 30% of the full price (equivalent to the 30% deposit at the time of booking).

In case of cancellation within one month before arrival, the full price must be paid.

We recommend that our guests have travel insurance in case of cancellation.

Covid-19 special

In case of cancellation after the reservation has been made, the 30% deposit for the reservation is non-refundable.

In case of a cancellation within 1 week before arrival, the full price must be paid.

Since traveling is precarious during times like these, any booking made for 2021 can be changed to a later date free of charge under the following conditions:

  • A Covid-19 illness of a traveling guest before departure.
  • A government-ordered travel ban (not a travel warning)
  • A flight cancellation without rebooking by the airline
  •  A restrictive order on the freedom of movement on Mallorca, ordered by the Spanish government.

Please understand that we cannot offer a cancellation at no cost.
