GENERAL GUIDELINES

• In case of cancellation, after the reservation has been made, guests pay 30% of the full price (equivalent to the 30% deposit at the time of booking)
• In case of cancellation within one month before arrival, the full price must be paid.
• We recommend that our guests have travel insurance in case of cancellation.
• A 500 € deposit will be collected for any damages, if there are no damages, it will be returned to your account within 14 days after your departure. For bookings where all guests are under the age of 25, the security deposit is €1,000 due to the increased risk profile.
• Children are most welcome. There is no charge for children under the age of 2 and we provide two complimentary travel cribs and two high chairs!
• No arrival or departure on Sundays.
• Bookings of less than 7 nights are accepted only in low season and there will be an extra charge of 10%.
• For departures other than the listed Check-out times, extra charges of 50€ apply. We do not offer self-check-out!
• Dogs are welcome and can be brought upon request. There is a charge of 15 € per night, which must be paid upon final payment. (No food included)
