GENERAL GUIDELINES

• In case of cancellation, after the reservation has been made, guests pay 30% of the full price (equivalent to the 30% deposit at the time of booking)
• In case of cancellation within one month before arrival, the full price must be paid.
• We recommend that our guests have travel insurance in case of cancellation.
• A 500 € deposit will be collected for any damages, if there are no damages, it will be returned to your account within 14 days after your departure.
• Children are most welcome. There is no charge for children under the age of 2 and we provide two complimentary travel cribs and two high chairs!
• No arrival or departure on Sundays.
• Bookings of less than 7 nights are accepted only in low season and there will be an extra charge of 10%.
• For arrivals and departures other than the listed Check-in and Check-out times, extra charges 50€ apply.
• Dogs are welcome and can be brought upon request. There is a charge of 15 € per night, which must be paid upon final payment. (No food included)
